I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience helping clients achieve goals, reduce symptoms, and improve their overall mental health. My behavioral health and medical experience includes providing group and individual psychotherapy to clients suffering from addiction and behavioral issues; assisting clients with the ability to cope with anxiety and/or stress related to chronic illnesses; and addressing impactful life events safely, at your pace, to heal and resolve past trauma. My expertise includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have knowledge of practice with families across culture, race, and ethnicity, as well as the impact of domestic violence, child abuse, and chronic illness within those groups.
